New CFO

Anyone know why Denise is leaving as CFO? Concerning as I felt her financial transparency was refreshing.

@10w thanks for the info I had no idea that’s how this all works. It all makes sense for those who are currently working there.

@xf I wanted to thank the previous poster for pointing us toward the September 2025 Cooperation Agreement. After looking into the details of that deal and the recent leadership changes, a few things have become much clearer for those of us concerned about the CFO’s departure:
• The Lenders are in Charge: That September agreement wasn't just a paperwork update; it was a 'Liability Management' deal involving $1 billion in debt. It legally binds the company to a strict 12-month roadmap (ending late 2026) to hit specific profit targets.
• The CFO Exit: In these types of debt agreements, the CFO often leaves once the deal is finalized so a new 'Restructuring' leader can come in to execute the actual cuts. It’s a classic signal that the strategy has shifted from growth to debt repayment.
• Global Expansion = Onshore Reductions: There is a heavy focus on the Philippines (Quezon City) right now. They’ve grown that office from 200 to over 700+ people recently. For those in QA, Recruiting, and Credentialing, it's worth noting that they are actively scaling 'Clinical Process Outsourcing' (CPO) roles there to replace US-based overhead.
• The 'Standstill' Period: We are currently in the peak window of that 12-month agreement. If you’re seeing 'standardization' projects or weird training requests, it’s likely part of the mandated cost-savings.

Two simple words - Cooperation Agreement. Look it up and add Medical Solutions to that search. Run it by Chatgpt if you have to...You will then understand what is happening.

@f5 Kerry Sirrka too. No one wants to work for these people. They are so disconnected.

Rebecca and Denise both need to go. Company has been on a downward trajectory since they were brought in!
