@bg
I believe this is occurring because one of the IT middle managers that went Ex=Pat just returned to the US and I thought his goal was to implement the "ENGINE". After 1 year in India he has returned with little to nothing to show for it. I think he figured it out, put on a parachute and bailed out of the plane while he could still return to the USA with dignity.
@wb and sadly we all now know what a fraud he is
In the fall of 2024, MW’s town hall… he announced that we all need to be in Houston so we could read each other’s body language as it was critical to our success.
@OP
Our team is working 3 nights per week now, to “get things done”. 🤣
Just waiting for the next acquisition… OXY..? More folks to add to ENGINE
@ds same at Exxon except swap Manila for Curitiba
How? By coming into the office 4 days a week so you can sit in a Teams meeting in an open concept office to build company culture. Duh.
Sounds like my daily grind at Shell. Nothing gets done
Engine is really picking up recently too. Not in a good way. In a disastrous way. The people organizing it and trying to implement it are beyond incompetent. That’s why I know it can’t be successful and will be one of the bigger blunders from this dispicable company
@OP We at Chevron embrace cultural diversity; hence the HIMBA approach to teamwork. We are no longer so focused on generating results. We now prioritize achieving the perception of successful outcomes.
LC is a joke
