End of year reviews coming up. What's everyone expecting to see and is this supposed need to label some employees as needs improvement actually been enforced.
Any dept rumors of layoffs yet?

Okay so confirmed its happening middle of Feb or just after EOYRs.
Some will be managed out door and others will be taken care off with a golden hand job
@w9 pretty sure some depts haven't had stock given since 2022
It's not too bad - each year I've received considerably more stock than the last so it's more than offset any stock price decline

PayPal needs improvement.
Great to see the share price doing sh--e - BJ is the greatest wa-ker that ever walked the earth LM is an tr--p aswell.
Feels similar to 2025.
Needs Improvement folks were given a choice of PIP or a resignation package.
Likely will vary by org and employment country
