That bcm leader under JK, PS, is making them import everything from snow to jira. So they can see everything that’s happening with issues. Tool fetish much? I’m not the smartest but shouldn’t they just use the system of record? They have a reporting team that could build dashboards and reports for them but instead they make bcm enter everything in jira. Work smarter not harder
