Ally offshore presence is very low. Layoffs due to management increasingly greedy and hence laying off what ever the way they like. They are not laying off CIOs like Long term CIOs like RVs, Lemonts and Naans. Low salaried employees are their target.
Offshoring. They get 10 people in India for the price of one in US simple math.
Simple. Companies are in business to maximize their profits. If they feel that they can make just as much, or more, without a certain number of people then they let them go. Think of it like a person with a gravel yard. Would they hire someone to mow their lawn?
