@6ma The company is about to go bankrupt. Raises I’m sure are a high priority for them.
Anyone heard if us Gainwell employees will receive a raise in 2026?
@63a That won’t help. The entire leadership group is corrupt. Dropping a few won’t solve anything.
Hoping that VPs get WFRs soon.
@56c based on my own state account experience, I'm sure all WFR decisions were personal. Almost all the states were pretty locked down with longtime incumbent staff from either DXC, Molina and some other vendors prior to Gainwell attaining them. Those managers protected their favorites at the expense of other, more qualified staff.
Our account shrunk by 3 on the first full week of April. Looks like taking end of fiscal year opportunity to ratchet down again.
@OP WFRs started 2 weeks ago and continued with the majority happening on yesterday with a scripted explanation they are changing organizational structure 😏. It’s more to the story. Decisions seemed to be more personal than business justified.
I know of someone who got the WFR notice today - last official day is 4/10 but they were told they could log off immediately and not work the rest of the week. So they did!
It would appear that lots of Gainwell employees are on edge. Being short with each other. Perhaps things are a little stressful.
The big news posts remind me of psychics. Just keep making predictions that sooner or later will happen. Ignore the times nothing happened. Without specifics, these posts should be ignored.
@sf A poster announced Big News coming soon about 203 months ago under 2 or 3 other threads. Yet nothing "big" has happened - just more WFRs and Offshoring. Please shared what you know or think you know.
Big news coming soon.
what about the louisiana account?
Offshoring continues as fast as management can make it happen.
They happen every week.
