Morale is basically underground, but maybe we shouldn't trash the company yet. If this ship sinks, our bonuses are definitely going down with it.

@r5 leadership is not even trying to justify their $35 billion purchase anymore-full on crickets. And Mr CEO is like deer in the headlights every interview with the best he can come up with being some grade school level mantra about going from chips to physics. Meanwhile everyone in Ansys is seeing their teams disintegrate and their product lines closing in on an irreversible death.
@s9 His response is literally interesting...
@r5 Mike Ellow was asked during his intro vcon with Sassine what he thinks of Ansys... he literally scratched his head and said "...interesting."
What more do we need to know.
no raise, and bad ratings. What does that mean for ansys side folks?
@OP Several people have suggested that management is increasing their own bonuses by "by trimming the the expensive employees." Is there any evidence in our public financial filings to support this claim? I got a small salary increase, but it couldn't catch up with the inflation rate.
This reads like “Leave Sassine alone, he’s a good guy that cares about us!!” What a fu--ing joke
Ok hr
@OP it is people like you who are part of the problem. Your existence reeks of greed and fear - a pathetic way to live tbh.
All you have to do is look at the MGMT layers to see what's going on here. They are the ones getting TC of higher raises, RSUs and large bonus payments. Everyone else's TC is cut in half or more depending on your level.
Gotta show your "MGMT value" by trimming the the expensive employees below them so they have a larger pool of money to dip into.
Your bonus is already going down and singing praises or kneeling like a good boy won't change anything about it.
Because the ship is not sinking, it's the captain and his friends who are getting greedy and need to throw people into the sea if they want to inflate their bonus. And guees what ? They wanna inflate their own bonus very, very, very much.
Guess what? There are better ships out there.
If you prefer to su-k up to the company nickel and diming you, squeezing you until dry and then discarding you, feel free to. We don't have Stockholm syndrome.
Get back to work.
