@s8 yeah bro that fu--ing gaggle of id--ts who replaced Callie field are totally clueless, 2.0 is strait garbage, and the stock price will continue to decline as more people learn of the cuts all the cuts . We just got cut in VBS , but they replaced us in another city as a pilot stole our idea, made it all corporate ruined the role and then laid everybody off. Basically they invented micro to replace us is what I heard but 2027 totally humanless.

I can confirm approximately 200 layoffs in Louisville Kentucky , an old Sprint Business Site taken over by t-Mobile For Business during the merger. The told us that their goal was to cut costs because of the cost cutting factor. TMO just received the largest tax break in history and had recently promised the merger that they bribed the tyrant in the White House to approve , us celkukar , that they wouldn’t be laying anyone off. Then we got a new stupid ceo who is known for destroying the customer experience in businesses around the world by replacing humans with Ai. Sadly the Trump administration has greenlit the ai taking all of our jobs by declaring it was exciting and that he didn’t wish to slow innovation — is that what it called— real people call it greed. Can’t get an accurate order at any restaurants any more convenience stores sell you the wrong cigarettes because robots are fu--ing stupid af, and I had to call AT&T for customer service and the automated system told me someone would call me back in THREE DAYS, and it appears as though T-Mobile is doing the same thing. Ruining their business . The severance is pathetic and the relocation package laughable since the cities offered are 1.5-2.5 x the cost of living and the pay will supposedly be the same. About 2 dozen people bit on the relocation package . We were well paid with many sales people making 6 figures. It is unfortunate we all loved our jobs and also performed quite well compared to the rest of the company. We all got sc--wed. Greed runs rampant and must be addressed if we are ever to have any kind of future where we get more than just a universal basic income which will be required when all the jobs are gone . It’s sad. I don’t want to work in Ai I’ve decided because it is destroying the planet and the economy (although not as much as tariffs) lord help us all. Would I recommend TMO as a great place to work? Benefits are amazing, pay is great depending out your position, by and large they were great except for lying to us before Xmas saying our roles were secure and we had nothing to worry about and then literally 3 days later boxes were everywhere in the office and we are given the most bullsh-t imaginable line of dogshit you’ve ever heard and so if your looking to work for a company with integrity, look elsewhere, or job security since TMO has stated they plan to be humanless by 2027. When they said that I questioned the ceo and he said look we are not at&t we won’t do that to you. And I can tell you ai simply cannot handle the job we did . We were always having to clean up all of its messes which are more abundant than having no ai in the first place. Sh-t sandwich. The search continues

@s8 we can only hope. I’m also a micro AE hoping we are on the list. Most of my peer group I’ve spoken to is as well. The whole way this was rolled out and how it’s set up is destined for failure.

Any rumors of micro AEs being impacted? Begging for a severance so I can move on. Was a highly performing rep in SMB and got moved to micro, and now my quota is more with no support and selling to basically mom and pop accounts lol. What a cluster

@gf pretty sure it’s product only. They have not gone the RIF process. IT is barebones, would be surprised. Maybe low performing individuals but nothing major. But anything is possible, especially with work moving to India

Is it product only or product and IT. Man, IT has been hit twice already in the last two months. Really would like a break.

@dr
Enterprise leadership should be next. The damage under Michael Gandy was real people burned out, trust blown up, culture completely wrecked. Holding onto him and his loyal yes-men is a huge mistake and shows Executive leadership still doesn’t get it

Digital strategy is going to hit frontline/ call centers pretty hard at some point soon. Rumor of call center consolidation (closing non US call centers) is out there.

Has anyone heard about layoffs in enterprise or Government teams?

@a3 only in the sense that I’ve heard similar messages from 3 different people.

I’m not in the room where conversations are happening. That’s why I put the disclaimer to correct me if you’re hearing something differently.
