This place is the epitome of a bad company

I personally can’t stomach staying working for Gainwell Technologies. This place is the epitome of a bad company. Zero value for the customer and zero value for me and all other employees. They only care about money. They steal money from the states no matter what the cost. The dishonesty and unethical behavior by the organization is astounding. I can’t remain part of it.

I put in my notice last week. I’ll find something. I cannot remain part of this organization any longer. I have morals and values. This company does not have morals and values. I can no longer be part of it.

You have a point. Big picture, if the unethical sales people aren't quitting, why should anybody else just quit w/o their next thing on tap? Sales people usually drop when the commission well is near dry or dry. To have an decent chance to sell this company to a greater fool, some resemblance of a sales pipeline helps make it look more attractive. Any reasonably intelligent buyer in due diligence will be taking note of both the sales staff and the alleged pipeline (and backlog, if any, from closed deals). There is really no incentive to get rid of unethical sales staff by GWT mgmt, especially, if they are corrupt as well.

It’s not worth staying for some meager severance pay. That is IF you get any at all.

The company loves a quitter! No severance to pay. I say ride the dragon till it can no longer breath fire. Hold steady folks and don’t let them off the bridle. Who knows you may get another job offer right as you get WFR and you’ll have a windfall. Do your work and let the drama and toxicity go.
