Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Severees eligible for benefits next year: how did you get notified of open enrollment— or did you?

As above. I just happened to notice it’s open (?) and ends mid Nov, as per uge.

I didn’t get an email nor I don’t think a snail mail.

They couldn’t possibly try to keep me from getting free bennies months into next year… or would they??

Does WF contribute to medical benefits during the severance period or do you have to pay the full amount?

I have not received either email or snail mail for 2026 enrollments. There were no options in Workday or Teamworks at home to start the open enrollment process. I called the HR# and found out that I had to do my open enrollment over the phone. It was quite frustrating as the person with an Indian accent had to read everything option to me. It took almost two hours and it was quite a frustrating process.

I guess this is the process for us severees! I just pray that I'm enrolled correctly!

I just got my packet in the mail showing all of the 2026 options and enrollment period dates. If you call the HR phone number there is a menu option to speak to someone about benefit enrollment.
