@OP EU is not a country … fyi employees might have a huge difference regarding WoC protection, severance , etc

UK : not so hard to fire
Germany and France : super high protection
Spain: First round not closed yet - Difficult to do mass layoffs once after the other
Rumania : Easy to fire
