It's cute that you are even still talking about this as the company repeatedly disrespects the majority of the workforce and cares so little about an award like that. But worry not! I'm sure the survey feedback will be wonderful and the management can continue to ram work and changes down our throats for months and months to come!

@h9 I know this is "pie-in-the-sky" thinking, but I would put in my engagement surveys that instead of catalog junk, give me some stock.

@nx must be an executive on this sinking ship if they’ve survived 25 years at the dub and are touting “hundreds” of dollars in awards to make us look like a company that gives a sh-t about their employees. Well played! 👏🏻

They are very excited for such sh-t options as they have thousands of (declining) CDW shares to play around with while the ones who do the actual work (sales and engineers) get let go.

Happy with my 25 year gift options, including Blackstone grill, Yeti Cooler, Weber smoker, Bose speakers, Bose headphones, yes there is one golf club but it's a Cleveland driver - all options are worth hundreds of dollars.

Well apparently, the new 10/15/20 year award is a call with our manager and HR and a swift kick in the a$$ right out the door. 👋🏻

Yeah, I picked out something for mine a few months back, just looked for whatever had the highest resale value on ebay and sold it. Just give us a bonus, no one wants cr-p from a catalog.

I worked at a company once where they gave you this catalog of super over-priced items to choose from. I'm pretty sure the company who ran the catalog just drop shipped the stuff from Amazon. Anyway, they asked me for feedback once and I told them while I appreciated the gesture, I thought they were getting ripped off and they'd do better just giving Amazon cards as gifts. They actually took my advice and ditched the catalog company. CDW should do that or just give folks a bonus and ditch the cr-p no one really wants.

The ‘prizes’ were mostly castoffs. Just discontinued stuff or old versions they just wanted to get rid of. Can’t say I was ever impressed. Anybody else remember the year they mailed out that stale caramel corn for Converge? Yeah, bring IT.

Maybe buy your own stuff with the paycheck you got for 10 years.
