Employee appreciation gift- a $15 credit to grub hub. BUT you have to spend $50 to use it.
Cheap a-s Allstate can't even give employees a plain $15 gift card. Some of us don’t even have acess to grubhub in our areas.

In all the years I have been with the company the leadership tends to act like the employees are middle school kids. The "free pizza" and "Applause points" don't do it for seasoned professionals. And yes most of us are more professional than the c-suite could ever dream of being. These egomaniacs and sociopaths looks at those who actually provide worth to and make this company run as nothing more than 6th grade kids. Not acceptable and no longer to be tolerated.
Either step up employee recognition, employee appreciation, and merit increases to that of the level of business professionals or don't even bother. Your patronizing and lack of respect for us is really really tiring and no longer going to be accepted.
