Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Get Real

Yes, State Farm su-ks but half of complaining about “woke” and “customers” don’t even know what you’re complaining about. It’s greed at the of the day, they’re trying to make this place as miserable as they legally can to get people to quit without severance or even the voluntary exit offers. RTO su-ks, i don’t care how much you loved your office back in 1980, times have changes and there is literally nothing that we do at home that can’t be done from office (other than wasting hours of our life in traffic and pointless dribble chatter with coworkers), “customers” are the last thing on the executives mind, much less mine, they can read what they sign up for before they complain. Yes, I am actively looking for other places to work and I can’t wait to leave.

@ps more like the world is waking up to you DEI and WOKE no skill clowns. It's over for you guys and you are so scared, desperately clinging to your clown world that is slipping by day after day.

DEI and WOKE was a failed experiment pushed by certain groups in an attempt do divide us. However, in the real world you cannot get by based on the color of your skin, nor should anyone. You get by and succeed based on your abilities. The saying holds true - go woke, go broke.

Now are you going to throw some more low IQ insults out about - yer trailer park, yer uh hillbi**y. LOL so many recycled libtard weak comebacks I am sure you can't wait to unleash.

@pz @pz yes, the dimocrats had a couple of people graduate with backer weaving degrees, so now they feel everyone else is below them.

I remember when dimocrats used to pretend to be happy go lucky peace loving all accepting dope smoking hippies. Now, they just seem like broken shells of what they pretended to be ages ago.

Trump exposed them for what they always were

@k9 The lack of reading comprehension is showing. With that, I have finished. I am going to go smoke a cigarette, clean up and savor the experience.

@jv Hey! This person thinks market economies and economic systems did not exist until capitalism!

This is the ignorance I love to see. Keep going. I'm almost there.

@jv if my social security taxes, along with the companies half, were invested in the stock market, I could pull down $30,000 a month and never touch principle.

@j5 the question: What is reasonable? To hurt the life and health of another to get ahead to ride in a corporate jet is reasonable? Profit yes! To hurt another NO! BALANCE!

Theres only one person spamming the board with woke and politics, the same person agitating all the threads they dont make. You can tell by the language they use. Just one person with INSANE amounts of free time sitting here spamming posts. I can tell they havent worked for the company in a very long time. My bet is a bad agent who lost his franchise a while ago sitting here bitter.

@hn the country is moving towards socialism. The workers never come out ahead when everyone (except the elite leader class) shares the "bounty" evenly.

Especially after the worker realizes that working harder doesn't benefit themselves, it only benefits the leader class. We are getting to the middle of the socialism movement as seen by all the "quiet quitters" talk.

At least with capitalism, a person is able to get ahead

RTO is nothing more than change resistant dino executives clutching on to the past, and they are the type of people who want to mandate for all, what they want, regardless of feedback.

So SF loses some experience, and in the long term, hurts its ability to hire younger people looking for WFH, at least some executives in bloomington can sit happy in their little office with their little view of cornfields, in their silly over priced suits and feel satisfied that everyone gets to enjoy in office as much as them. that is what is most important.

Miserable workforce providing awful service with their hands tied due to management? whatever right? No metric for that so its not real right?

And market share continues to shrink unabated, without a care or plan from the same people.

@OP thank you for posting this, totally agree!

@d9 YOU are a hater and need to get a life. Why are you trolling this board when you're retired? You don't even go here!

Well no sympathy from this retired career employee. RTO is a good thing because it gives the company more control over costs and service. People in manufacturing have to go to work and so should you. You produce absolutely no product only service. Customers deserve respectable service not some mommy boy sitting in their pj's talking while looking at a laptop. If you are too lazy to look respectable and get your tail in an office, you don't deserve a paycheck IMO.

Saw the number last week. 82% of all employees at State Farm have been here 5 years or less. So that means that only 18% of employees are pension eligible. Obviously that is not by accident. As Underwriting continues to shed tenured employees, that number will go way up! They have destroyed claims and run off just about all the tenured folks there. They are getting rid of the pension and folks don't even realize it....just a little slower burn and a little less obvious! Remember these are evil people that could care less about anyone except themselves. Toxic as it gets!

As long as we still have our pension we aren’t going anywhere. You freeze that and you’ll have a mass exodus.
