I think they're just realized they haven't forced a large number of people to be subjected to their idiocy, so they just had a stupid meaning. I wouldn't worry too much about it. They don't know what they're doing and as long as things keep getting worse they get their bag
They do this training every year for people leaders. No changes I think but they did make some good API changes for once last year so hopefully those stick around.
@px this!!! This guy was hired for one reason- cut costs on salary and benefits for the peons and make sure leadership keeps getting fatter

If it’s up to Paul he would probably cut all API except for himself.
They usually do this training annually. I have not seen anything to indicate changes from prior years.
