@pw I totally agree before they Implement their crazy standards they should be made to try it themselves. But then they would just lie and said they had and it could be done.

Yes and when they do the call quality or chat quality, it’s crazy the nitpicking they’re doing like when you’re on chat helping to providers at one time if you take longer than three minutes to reply to a provider, but you’re helping the other provider by co-browsing or walking them through another procedure how can you really stop and come back? It’s just the unrealistic expectations. They are giving us and holding us to that standard but yet they’ve never done a day at their job ever so they criticize write us up. Fill us on their quality but yet these are the same people who are writing us up do so they criticize write us up, Fail us on their quality, but yeah, these are the same people who are writing us up doing all the things making up these rules have never done it a day in their life. Huge emphasis on call quality. We were never close anyway to meeting the goal and now the bar has been raised to a higher standard. It seems like all focus is randomly on this one thing at the moment.

Before my team was let go we were told to update our contact sheets. That was a huge red flag to us.

I’m running out of work and projects that were important before are being cancelled or given to outside teams. Just waiting for my lay off date tbh.

Putting so much emphasis on survey results, it’s not usually a big deal and it’s heavily weighted now. If you want your team to dissolve or go to new, potentially worse management, give a poor survey about the company, you’ll see what bad stuff happens to you!
