Thread regarding Citigroup Inc. / Citibank / Citi layoffs

What is the notice requirement for internal transfer?

Code of Conduct does not mention it.

Assuming you are talking about taking another role within Citi? You don't have to say anything to your manager until you have an offer and accept. Standard is 2 weeks notice to vacate your position but often it's your current manager and your new manager who hammer out the date and work on the transition. Some roles/dependencies require you work 50% of each for a month etc. Bottom line; internal transfers you don't have much say in a date. 2 weeks is standard but your current manager can keep you longer if they need to. I've seen a month or more. HR also plays a role. They draaaaaag their feet forever on this stuff. Citi HR is the absolute worst. Things take months when they should take days.
