"Decent work conditions" hahahahah this must be a joke, claims reps always get antagonized and tortured with metrics and the ever fear of loosing their jobs.
"opportunity for advancements" seriously ? only if you know someone or you know something to blackmail someone will they consider you, if you try to advance via legitimate means you are not going anywhere, at best they will have you work above your pay grade but not promote you because they rather pay you less and hire someone off the street and pay them more than promote from inside, need proof? they just did salary adjustments but not to help current employees but because competitors pay way more and new hires would leave to other companies inside of a few weeks, they did it out of desperation and of course if you pay a new hire more than your veterans then they will also leave so they had to increase salaries but make no mistake the moment they perceive to have the upper hand they will not hesitate to go back to their ways, you are nothing to them , nay less than nothing just numbers.
