@p1 not anymore! Expect many positions in the new regime to be downgraded by at least an SGL.
@p1 Although I do think the LF might be bloated, I dont think you know how it works. Do you think that because you play a sport it means you are entitled to be on a professional team? Not all engineers are going to be senior leaders. Those are the 1%.
The real test is whether the number of 21+ SGL execs is actually reduced or simply the players change. Amazing to me that an engineer who starts out at a 12 can only reasonably expect to get to an 18 in their career and yet there are 12 grade levels available for the LF.
