Never listening to anybody, especially a Union wonk, whom uses a dead persons name while shilling their cause. Would you appreciate it if your loved one was treated in the same fashion? What did the deceased think about their job? We'll never know. Some sad/pathetic folks out there...

@1zpq+1uFdurxI This 100%. Management is trying to spin these complaints to justify location strategy and RTO… seen it on multiple levels.

so many people complain about not being in the same location as their team or manager. While this goes for me, I don't say anything and just come in and try to do a good job. The other option is to lay people off or move them to their managers/teams location.

Believe me, I am as disgusted with how this all occurred as much as anyone else and as someone who works in HR, I have unrelenting complaints about our practices, BUT.....those who don't understand the innerworkings of HR continue to think this is an "HR failure". We have a ridiculous amount of failures, but this is not one of them. What occurred is squarely in the realm of Corporate Properties/Security. HR has nothing to do with this one. They don't manage the properties or the practices within them such as cleaning staff, security, etc. And as for communications regarding this internally or externally? Again, not HR. That's Corporate Communications.

Which a lot of id--ts don't understand embraces RTO mandates and the core location strategy.

People are lonely? Fine, well bring more people in.
People are too spread out? Good we'll consolidate cities.
We capture keystrokes so we should have known? Good now we'll look at it daily and follow up.
