@ng The only thing I notice missing here is a long post with many, many names in it. Which is not allowed on this forum and is most likely what got it removed.

We are seeing more and more projects and implementations going to Thrive. They are operating like they are a Highmark company and jobs are being offshored to Chennai and Hyderabad. Keep an eye on this, it is ramping up and enGen & Highmark Health US based jobs are in serious trouble. I still do not know how US patient data being shipped out to India is ok. I have a feeling though they are going to find a way around this to offshore these jobs.

There’s another round coming in February starting with anyone rated as off track. We were told as management to make sure if we had people that were borderline to rate them on track if we didn’t want to lose them in the RIF.

We’ve seen a steady shift of work to India and US layoffs since 2023, so it’s reasonable to assume that layoffs will continue. The KC acquisition may slow this somewhat.
