Anyone have information on bonuses this year? Up, down or same?

@df but back to the convo about bonuses and merit raises, we that are still here will get the shaft as well!
We finally found something Shart is an expert in: things that bring no value. He sure as he-l doesn't.
@nf Per Charlie on Nov 5th 2025: "Headcount is the outcome of the conversations that we have about 'we're way too inefficient, we're way too bureaucratic, we have way too many processes inside the company that don't add value,'" Scharf said.

@nd 2% more for the little guys would be over a 100% increase, no way it happens.
I was told down for both bonuses and merit increases. Word is they are still trying to get rid of people through attrition.
I just dont get how WF had the asset cap removed, is profitable and still wants to layoff people.
They are behind the scenes testing major AI advancements for the IVR to soon be able to reduce CS teams.
Not my WF anymore.
Up of course, isn't WF doing great? 20% more for CS, 2% more for little guys still eligible.
Before taxes and in risk.
If you’re in corporate risk you’re literally an expense to this company. I don’t see why huge bonuses/raises would make sense there.
Raises and bonuses?! With THESE profits the C-suite has been bragging about nonstop? Surely you must be joking!
But seriously, someone in management in our area quietly warned us that no one is going to be happy with raises or bonuses this year, regardless of performance. That may be just our LOB (DF is a ja----s), or more widespread, I don't know.
@c6 is that Senior software engineering position? Is 28k before or after tax?
Wow! Some concerned about bonus! Let me tell you, I was displaced on 9/30/25. I don't get a bonus. I don't get anything really. And to be clear, I thought like you OP! Yep, so some got laid off, but we are here doing all the work now. I guess that might have some basis, but I have to say, I've got NOTHING. And the job market SU-KS. Yes, those of us who've been cast off, we are not thinking bonus. We are thinking, how to provide for the family, how to put food on the table, how to pay the bills. I get your bonus concern. Can you get my survival concern?
If in non cor location in Risk wont be getting any!
If this management team were a good management team, they'd increase the bonus pool for remaining employees by 50% of the bonus that was severed. That would still be a 50% retention of severed bonuses, while rewarding those who managed to survive.
It'll never happen, but it would go a long way towards pretending they care about the workers.
BONUSES?!Don't talk about Bonuses?!You kidding me?Bonuses? I just hope they find an excuse for no Bonuses!!!😂😂
@cc 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 won't happen
But who is doing the work of the people who were laid off, the ones who are still in the team, so they should get more bonus if they are doing more work than last year.
P3 here. I received a $28k bonus and 2.9% raise last year. I was hoping for an increase this year but will take same. A 3.5% raise would be nice though
Mine was way up I made about 100k in bonuses but I’m in sales. The dead weight people are likely down this year since they don’t do anything but cause bloat.
Flat this year.
@af If there is a bonus for good grammar, you ain't gettin' it.
Bonuses are flat as last year and merit increase lower than inflation for meets ..inconsistent rating gets less than 10k bonus per policy and no increase for all individual contributors …performance based layoffs executed in q4 and impacted get discretionary bonus on top of severance.
With the many layoffs and recent drama, be glad the paychecks clear. Don't be so selfish and just be glad you survived. Bonuses down for the forgotten
