Do you have a job you can offer me??? Trust me, a lot of us are trying to get out just so we don’t end up jobless. The job market is absolute trash right now. I’ve been actively looking for a new job for a year with zero luck. In my 15 years in the corporate world, it’s never been this hard to find something better.

It simply isn’t reasonable to ask people to stop saying the best solution is to leave. Because the best solution is to leave.

Unless you dont have bills to pay, you need to work SOMEWHERE. Have you seen what it's like for a new grad in CS? Would I want Gainwell to be the place a friend/family member hires on? No...but only if they have another offer.
I empathize with your situation, but it's not reasonable to expect people to stop telling folks to quit. It's common sense to want to leave a chaotic environment - friends don't let friends work for Gainwell.
You have to use your network to find a new job, submitting resumes to websites is not good enough. I agree, the job market is challenging now. If you exclude the retirements, turnover rate is low.
Why are people so offended that others are suggesting that you leave Gainwell?
You are reading on a site that is about layoffs. You must be concerned about being laid off from Gainwell.
Those who left with a grudge are the ones who keep posting here suggesting folks to quit. They also question why we are continuing with Gainwell - OP clarified the situation well.

I'm sorry you're having so much frustration in your job search. I've never told anyone to leave, most of the people I know still there are looking for an escape hatch 🤷 some more urgently than others.
