@OP yes but there is no union in the states
you realize that asking for inflation based salary raise is the basis of most European socialdemocracy politics that was condemned from european union and for sure from the great Americak dream
@n2 The security guards at the front desk got a raise of $1.10 (everyone gets the same flat increase) from the company they work for (in USA). I'm an engineer with years of experience, and I got $0.61 per hour salary increase in April 2026 for the 2025 year performance. Now what does that say about Nokia being a SLAVE driver. At least, they should give us, at minimum, the ongoing inflation rate.
@jp I feel you but I work overtime everyday too. And still working today while everyone else is off. The amount of workload just exploded in the last few months. However at the end of the year we still get nothin
recently? Have you ever worked on a Mobile Network Customer Pronto? It's a lot of pressure, overtime with no extra pay or day off, and 20 managers breathing down your neck. While the rest of the company gets to enjoy Memorial Day with their family, you're sweating it out, reporting status every few hours to multiple managers. After doing all this, you still get a low performance rating which affects your salary and bonus payout. This company is a slave driver. It's been like this for years. If you work on MN pronto, you'll be burned out after two years, if not sooner.
