@pd name one positive thing about our products that drives growth…. The only thing we can do is offer discounts and free services…. Are you drinking to AI kool-aid?
@nq no, the stock is up, we are hiring and we are growing
@np simply curious. I read that as snark/sarcasm. Was it intended that way? Hard to convey sarcasm online... just wondering. If so, well done. If not, I fail again...
@mh stock up again yesterday, we are back to growth and hiring
@n1 Agreed.
Doesn't help that the ELT types are touring the world doing marketing events. If financials are bad enough to wipe out entire teams, maybe tone down on the marketing rhetoric a bit.
Oh, wait. OT just won another award for being one of Canada's greenest companies. RTO mandates notwithstanding.
Of course morale is in the sh----r.
The replies that say “morale is improving” are living in la la land. I’ve worked here 25+ years and I never remember it being this bad. Arranging deck chairs on the Titanic.
@A4, @AD
You are either:
1) A Bot
2) A troll
3) Or you haven't taken your meds...and are now hearing voices.
Better living thru chemicals
:)
Dumpster Fire!
The stock will end uo being traded on the OTC Exchange.
@ag Yes. We lost one of the few visionaries.
Its rock bottom in MF business. Going further down after Ron left and Rick joined.
I feel bad for my previous co-workers still at OT. It's got to be draining going to work every day.
For those still at OT - when you have an opportunity to leave, do it, you will NOT regret it. I know the market isn't great now, but you'll wonder why you stayed so long once you make the jump. Till then... I'm sorry.
I also see a big improvement in morale, the new CEO will fix us
Agree. Engineering cut yet we are expected to deliver on same schedule. Everyone has given up.
@a3 homer simpson voice
I think it's much improved from a few months ago
Stock price rising, new customer deals, new CEO, new hires
We are returning to growth
all time low... so far.
