Anyone notice new grad job postings with salaries $130k- $180k??? For new grads???
But we can those with experience and knowledge.

@3a4 and? Who cares? They have no experience to justify that salary.
With the cost of living increases in Chicago, that does not go far these days.

@br we claim to have let people go due to high salary costs- but are willing to pay a new grad with no experience 130-180k. That clear it up for you?
