Is anyone else struggling with the new leaders in MD Live? It’s toxic and micro management and like I’m not allowed to have an opinion. I’m ready to leave but wish I would be packaged out and offered severance. I tried to bring it up as an option and was dismissed which seems like the current mentality in this area. Anyone else? Or anyone with suggestions? Does anyone know if there will be layoffs?

All I am hearing is more reasons the IT teams are being moved to Hyderabad.
The IT culture is sh-t and the teams are ran poorly.
Much different world where I sit.

@mb Actually people far smarter and better than you got laid off earlier this year so really the bar has been lowered for you.
@mb IDK man. In my org, it's well known that people get full bonus payouts because they are great at su-king up and gossiping against people that their leaders perceive as threats but the rest of us have to pull their work.
@kx I just know how to deliver, partner at a high level, and consistently be discussed as top talent. All things that help me get over 100% bonus payout and good merit increases yearly.
