The comment you replied to is ridiculous...for one, do they really believe most ASKED to be pulled to a LOB expected to make something out of nothing? Yet so many are still working their tails off with minimal resources because they actually do their job. @mb is exhibiting symptoms more aligned with small dog or double watch syndrome.

Reading this, it’s no wonder Carelon has problems. Quit or find a job somewhere else where you have to prove what you do is worthwhile. The rest of the company y is sick of handing you business that you didn’t earn. If you weren’t part of the company you would not have any business and would all be unemployed especially the posters here.

@ad = No career growth except for the chosen a-s-kissers. They are basically saying be happy moving from job to job with no real pay increase.
