@ah Name these young executives getting propped up? Just curious who they are.
And yes - the new name will be Honeywell Automation.
Forge Value? More like "Forged Value"
@m5 to paraphrase another “f” word, “stop trying to make forge happen”
@kt
If Forge is the glue then how is that an argument
It makes absolutely no sense for the remaining orphan businesses of Hon Automation to stay together. The only orphan business left in IA is the sensors and switches business and gas detection business which feeds other groups like Aero and industrial equipment makers but isn’t really a full service industrial play on its own. BA and PA don’t really fit together other than they want to sell Forge through both groups. I can see one or the other getting split off or split up.
Whats left in IA?
Actually I just see complete disposal of IA making more business sense.
@ax
Industrial Bowell Syndrome?
😁
Hey.... if you throw BA in for the same price, I'd buy it.
@ar Industrial and Building Systems actually so IBS
so.....the result is BS?
No they won’t do this because you need two separate units to mask the GBE sell offs. That’s the Elliott playbook.
Look at how some very young executives are getting propped up in the company now. In a company where traditional executives are much older.
Everything has a reason. May be hidden but the leadership is not stupid. They are using what they have access to for as long as they can.
