I don’t work at this sh---y place anymore. I had a shittiest, spineless manager who was based out of India. My title was svp with base of 155 and bonus averaged between 10-13k . Such a pathetic management team and many team members played back door politics with backstabbing and openly mocking other team members at meetings. I hope those team members get the boot. Professionalism was 0, and no accountability. Most likely the worst company in financial industry.

Yes, companies only need to submit base. Bonus and RSU don't need to be submitted for H1B visa reporting.

At BNY, RSU isn't a thing except in the case when bonus exceeds 50k after which any $ excess of 50k is paid as RSU with 4 year vesting schedule (this company policy on paper). Senior Associate at 10-20%, SVP at 15-25%, guessing VP somewhere in between.

I managed many associates; no idea on engineering director, senior director and MD bonus percentages.

These numbers all seem low. Are they base salary without bonus?

Salary and Glassdoor here are wildly inaccurate. The only source of truth is really submissions to US government from H1B data.

Senior Principal = Director, Principal = SVP, Senior Specialist = VP. These were the titles before the internal title shuffling. You can assume 2-3% increase per year for meet for people who took jobs post 2020 who are still here.

I was a SVP before leaving the company. I had a few convo with other employees; it's about 15 to 25% bonus. Bonus tends to stay sticky; BNY doesn't want to decrease your bonus if you had received a high one in the past so based on the Director post earlier, SVP can get bigger bonus than Director (and I did).

SVP base band should be 180-225 right now. At this company, VP and above are decently compensated relative to industry for a pretty slow (but toxic) org.

Ranges provided below are 4/5 times smaller for the same grade/position in Poland and India.

What are software engineer bonuses like in PA and Lake Mary? For associates, senior associates, and VP levels?
