They gave us 90 days to find an internal role. This period is with base pay and benefits. Then 3 months severance package.

Sales cuts happening related to performance. You need to give people more than 11 months in the role. The person had a family with young children

@a3 Yes, Feb 1 is the beginning of the new fiscal year. Managers of affected employees tems were notified on the first business day after that (2/3 last year, 2/2 this year), and employees the next day (2/3 this year, 2/4 last year).
Last year severance was a month for each year of service up to 6, with an additional month for employees over 60 years old. They also continued health insurance coverage at the same premium and coverage level through end of April 2026, with eligibility to continue under COBRA through October 2026 (this was for people like me who were notified in February with an April 26 official termination date. Severance was paid in a lump sum 90 days after termination date, if you had not accepted another position by then. We also did receive our scheduled restricted stock grants a few days before the termination date. There were also some additional nominal benefits like outplacement assistance.
