Many have commented about Maurice failing as a leader. Like a coach who losses games YOU get fired NOT the team! He needs to watch Xmas vacation on how he affects many who trully care about their work and don't have the luxury of $40,000,000 + per year paid to fail!
Maurice do what Japenese leaders do and cut your salary and costs or resign before Many suffer from your failures that are innocent!!!

@OP no way he should resign! Would you? He is making a ton of money...and doesnt have to be accountable to anyone if he actually speaks without someone prepping what to say he will skate. Remember he is also Chairman of the HCSC board who is on that board? Im obviously being silly, but heart of this is money and influence not business at HCSC anymore. Total absolute culture change.
The problem is - Maurice and the basket of bozos have no honor. Their loyalty is to themselves.
I agree. It’s gotten so bad it actually makes me sad. I wanted to be inspired by leaders. And I’m not. He’s an empty vessel, surrounding him selves with others who all look dead in their eyes.

@OP Maurice and other in charge are rent seakers...look up this economic term and it will make sense if you dont understand the reference. He won't be replaced...a normal board and or reporting to shareholders would expedite any changes based on what you shared, but he is also Chairman of the Board and is on other boards...
