@nc Think SBC HQ not AT&T. SBC bought AT&T and changed their name so technically, this is still SBC as the parent company. SBC moved from St. Louis, to San Antonio and then to Dallas.

I worked at Northpoint and got my severance because I had no intention on moving to Dallas. If you want your severance just tell them nope, and your package will magically appear.
Most people working here have their heads in the sand. When I tell others Atlanta isn’t safe. Tons of people in atlanta told they have to move to Dallas or else. All the backfills have to go to Dallas and very few open positions. Atlanta is just on a bit longer of a timeline, but it will be going away as well.
Data leaks will surely continue with poly sci legg in charge of technology and no network experience baich in charge of security.
