McKinsey is running the show … never her

CEO has no qualifications to run a global company the size of FIS. She did finance for regional companies based out of Cincinnati. Hardly an epicenter of business! And this shows. She has no idea what to do except cut cut cut and end people's livelihoods for her own selfish pursuits. And she has hired people under her that are the same - they seem to actually enjoy firing people and that is truly sick. The board is complicit in this and after THREE years of cuts and no improvements in stock price, she needs to go. At this point, the firings seem vindictive (can't even believe this type of thing is legal) since there's been no measurable improvement in the business that the market sees.

I genuinely don't think she's smart enough to be solely responsible, she's literally just begging McKinsey to make the decisions that don't harm her bonus or shares.
