I guess it helps when you replace the board with your peps, no one to really answer to. But hey look how many people have been let go, how much stock the company has (and planning to buy more) bought back (because no one wants it),
growth mode, that’s the way you do it.
Oh wait, only the bank accounts of the ones at the top and mid level management are in growth mode.

It's concerning that MAT stock price has been consistently trending down over the past FOUR years, while the overall stock market is up nearly 70% over that same period.
That's what the finance bros call "dead money".
Stock down 24% on the year, CEO/Chairman of the board is doing a stellar job, give that guy a raise, he’s undervalued
