This re org is like a CCP Congress with the outcome pre determined, the hopeless rewarded and the fat cats clapping themselves.
Keeping these "leaders" around is just bad business. No degree, no skills, no ethics — but somehow they fail upward while the company slides backward. It’s all gossip, backstabbing, and dashboards nobody uses, dressed up as “leadership.”
The real talent either gets ignored or walks out, while the dead weight gets rewarded with bigger titles and more toys. That’s not strategy — that’s a never ending dumpster fire.
Name a leader left in ABU, at any level, that has any form of strategic vision. Anyone who is more than a follower of process and a watcher of clocks.
In the resounding silence that follows that question you will find your answer.

This re-org is nothing but blatant disregard for actual talent or processes. It’s just pet protection, nepotism, and the rewarding of already useless leaders. No focus on improvement, no accountability — just reshuffling the same dead weight into bigger titles.
Pretty low morale while watching management glorifying and overselling minor Engine achievements, I guess for their managers since no one on the ground level involved believes any of it.
Be a real nice place once the axe for wave two goes through at the end of this month
