So now that January is over, did they do a layoff at the end of the month like it has been discussed? I think the date was 1/30? Or will something be this week? There's a big meeting on Wednesday I hear.

@1k4 its rolling. Been rolling for years with intermittent big layoffs as well. Best to probably stay with the beast you know.
Does anyone have insight if there’s rolling layoffs or just big batches? UHG is a dumpster fire and I’d love to switch but there’s no point if you guys have the same issues

What specific departments were affected today? Really hate this constant walking on eggshells.

RIF on Wednesday was 150 total including 15 managers. Very sad.
They don’t want any Layoff dates to be correct on this site so they moved the 1/30 layoffs to first week in February. This place is so d-mb.

There seems to have been a pretty significant RIF on the CareMore side this week.
