Hybrid Policy for non-directors

Does anyone know how many days per month those who are below Director level are meant to be in office? I’ve heard 4 and I’ve heard 3 days per month. Also any insight on hour requirements per visit? Thank you.

Seriously, it’s best to check the policy rather than relying on a message board.

@5p8 it apparently depends on who your manager is according to what has been posted. If you are in good graces, they probably are cutting you alot of slack, otherwise it is 3 times a month for a full day. If you are d-mb enough to tell your manager that others leave after 2 hrs they will play d-mb and a target will be on your back. Going to HR will do you no good - no fairness at this place. Nothing new

How many minimum hours per onsite shift before getting flagged at locations with badge in and out readers?

@q8 A manager on my team commutes to another state and pays $130 three times a week to do so. He has two directs in that location; everyone else is scattered across the country.

Remember that local governments, the automobile manufacturers, restaurants, the petroleum industry, and commercial real estate firms need you as their cash cow. If we don’t commute, they suffer financially. Do your part to keep the skids greased and commute today!

@n1 I am a manager I am told I need to come in 3 times a month to sit with strangers, NOT ONE of my staff are in the office, and I talk to everyone I work with on Teams. For the full day. Drag all my stuff in tear it down and set it up at home. Tell me again how this makes sense, and there is no favoritism

Due to traffic, construction, and weather I leave at 6am to be at my desk at 8am. I sign off at 5pm and get home at 7. 2 hr commute but Google maps says I live less than 1 hr away. So I am apparently an id--t.

My director lives less than 1 hr. according to Google maps but doesn't go in- she has a pal that she reports to.

I have fought this nonsense unsuccessfully. It's not worth my time to continue to try to make sense of it. I am surrounded by people in the same boat. The positivity is "overwhelming" and yet people wonder, why are you so down, perk up, we can't hear you,

Do you get it yet- this place plays favorites.

@js I was told I needed to work in office 3 times a month. I leave after 2 hours and go back home. I don’t work with anyone in the office I go to. I think it depends on your role and how strict your manager is. So yes I do think it’s different rules for everybody essentially. As long as I’m not flagged on reporting as non-compliant my manager could care less. I get my work done, that’s all that matters.

My manager’s rule is 4 times/month and you must come in the entire day. I see other people leave early all the time so not sure if anyone follows the exact same rules

Directors monitor managers. Many directors are getting a pass from their VP that are not going in, who are not going in either. If your Director is your "pal" you can get away with alot - just look around

Punishment so far is limited to Managers.

@be
I believe Hybrid 2 is 9 days per month minimum before you get flagged on the dashboard

Once a week with a 20% grace. So, four days a month (in a four-week month), but you aren't flagged unless you get fewer than three.

Does anyone know how many in-office days Hybrid 2 requires before the dashboard flags non-compliance?

The manager dashboard will flag as non complaint if you're in the office less than 3 days per month. The official line is "1-2 days per week" but the tracker doesn't look at it like that. They will also flag if you have 0 days in office by the middle of the month and let the manager know. Individual managers may monitor differently so it does depend on that too. But the dashboard won't report you unless you're in fewer than 3 days.

From what I can tell, managers can make up their own rules, so it depends on how insecure your manager is, how much of an a-h+++ they are or whether or not they like you as to what RTO rules you have to follow, if any.... Just like all of the other rules and benefits at this company.
