@et totally agree. It feels that the only time HCSC makes decisions like this, when it works for their benefit. They make policies that hybrid employees need to be here 3 days a week, and then run reports to see who is compliant. Those that aren’t, are put on disciplinary action. Then a year later, decide to make certain ‘divisions’ fully remote. Really?? HCSC is playing with people’s livelihood. What made them change their mind, because one of the leaders made a bad decision and it is costly?! Now, they are figuring ways to make money, lessen expenses, and layoff employees because of someone’s bad decision. We have no choice, but let them treat us this way. I am surprise with all these changes, that we don’t have a lot of people seeking mental and emotional stress for what HCSC is putting us through.
