Anyone aware of layoffs in Operations Risk? I heard of some today but no real details.

They need to layoff TP/force her into retirement already. She is so toxic and completely incompetent. She can't keep any of her direct reports for more than a year or two, which is obviously a huge red flag that HR seems to ignore....
More shuffling the deck for a team that doesn’t understand operations, and doesn’t understand risk. Good thing the regulators aren’t watching.
They need to layoff some top layers.
Wasted roles hope most are able to get recycled somewhere else in the company .
