Disposal of seasoned, experienced, knowledgeable professionals here is a real problem. It hurts all of us every day, and get worse with each passing layoff, firing, and resignation.
I'm not shocked at all. Did you really think they could do the needful on their own?

@jc pay them more and they will write good sentence
That is the result of getting rid of very capable and experienced people within Ops for several years now...
It's probably messy because people in operations can't write a complete sentence.
