@ja don't forget playing football in the hallway or constantly hiding in a conf room. Making as much noise on connect weeks to facilitate their bro culture and congregate at the foosball table in the caf
@jx, if by "built this" you meant this sh*tty site infested with ads and censorships, you can't understand what I was talking about what's beneath the diffusion models.
I'm the dude who said I'll build a copy-cat of your site without ads and censoring. Your site has zero moat which can be easily ki-led off. Panic much?
@jr yeah i can follow all that coz I lead the team here who built this which had diverse representation unlike you who is just copy pasting buzzwords from google.
You’re probably the same dude who keeps piling on hate filled comments on every post.
Matter of time, your identity gets revealed and fido gives you a boot and bring that intern to replace you 😂
@ja, that intern doubled majored in mathematics and computer science, I reasoned with him about time and space complexity in big O notation in the pull request. On the side, we chatted about how image generation models work and the flows in the vector field formed by the stochastic differential equations (SDEs)... Can you follow any of these? A SQL monkey think himself the king of the IT makes me chuckle.
That intern proves to me one thing: The American Young Are Strong!!!. A natural corollary is then "The Days for those Self-taught Boot-campers Are Gone".
@gp yeah coz that “intern” had access to claude AI with GPT tools.
Every intern this summer was given access to AI, without AI these “American grads” are useless.
Can’t debug a spark code or join two tables, heck I saw them ask GPT how to use foregin keys
American candidates don't need additional training. They're ready to take the opportunities taken away from them. Heck, the American intern this summer produced better code than the h1b's on our team!
I believe this arrangement from the US government will encourage companies to partner with schools and train future American candidates. Heck maybe India will get their sh** together as a country and won't need to ship people to the USA for a 'better life'.
It’s so annoying that we as employees have to suffer consequences if we do not follow the law, but as long as it’s not bad for business, anything goes
I suspect that Fidelity is outside the law like so many other corps.
I have to follow the law, do I not? Shouldn’t they also follow the law?
Well, the tech in fidelity certainly does not have anywhere near an average ethnic representation that is present in the US population as a whole. I can see plainly that it skews foreign born. Read into that what you will.
wow
