Rated On track. 4%. I do a lot of heavy lifting for the team so I expected at least 3%. The stress of dealing with OBD, more work with less ppl and no job security is not worth these merit increases.

Long hours, high stress takes a toll on health and they think increases that don’t make up for inflation is sustainable for employees.

I got a 5 rating and 7% (second quartile) but at expense of my health and overtime like every day in the second half of year. Not worth that burnout going forward .

I definitely don't work as much as some of these Stockholm Syndrome victims but seems the maximum payoff for doing so is in the neighborhood of a couple grand. Absolutely not worth a year's worth of added stress and long hours. You could make the same with any side hustle and take pride that it won't benefit this soul su-king corporation. This is all assuming you're not "at the top of your band" in which case you should already be in your new job

The pay raises here where never great but this by far is one other worst years, even worse then 2020, for raises. 3% max for a 5 and a 1.5% if you where at the top of your band what a joke. Seems like they are quite firing. I think it is a standoff between quiet firing and quiet quitting. Tw says we are in this together? No you and the c-suite are not in this together with us. Quite recycling words from 2020.

@rz yeah this is BS tbh, when looking at the compensation statement for 2025 it gives some insight into how it's handled but essentially if you get less than a 3 you get nothing or at max less than 1% but also, if you're top of your band at a 4 or a 5, you can't get more than 2% depending on whether you got a 4 or 5 and are 3rd or 4th quartile.

Given how hard it is now to advance within the company, the quartile really makes doing well a negative. If you bring up the statement, you can compare your increase with the chart to figure out where you sit.

0.5% here because I am supposedly at the top for my band.

@ja I got a 5 and less than a 3% increase in Q1. Don't think just cause a 5 is given is all roses.

@mg you're probably right, just my first time experiencing it. It's hateful though.

Also fiancé / finance a good autocorrect 😄

@ja to be fair, the quartiles have always been a thing at least back as far 2015 when I had a conversation with the fiancé guy in ANI. The whole purpose of them is to stop people sitting in a low band earning well above that and the next bands salary.

Do I like it or agree with it? Not really but it's not new.

A new thing this year is being 'top of your quartile' ...even though a quartile is just your band broken down. But if you're near top of quartile you might get slightly less...makes no sense. Another step in wrong direction.

And does anyone know anyone who got a 5?? They probably wouldn't be on this website themselves as they're loving life, unlike the rest of us!

@j6 and to add to it, first time since I started working here, PTO denied due to a critical project despite having 31 days and no significant raise because I am at the top of my band. No career progression here.

Exceeded expectations, at the top of my band, no room for promotion due to positions so 1.5%. No incentive to try more than the bare minimum now unless something better come along.

Considering general inflation was 3% (and that's if you believe the government number), throw in increasing cost of benefits and I probably took a pay cut.

Just got 3.5% at band 3 (I really should have been a 4 with the amount of work I do, but hey ho).

I was hired “at the top of my band.” Finally got my first 1! Haven’t done more than 10 hours of work a week in three years.

Do the bare minimum and don’t stress

EoY Score 2 = 2%
EoY Score 3 = 3%
EoY Score 4 = 4%

Some fluctuation in there but that's the basic and managers rarely change it

I don't know about the average but I received 2.75% and was meets right in the middle of the range per my leader. And I did exactly what the job entailed with nothing more. Gave the exact effort to meet the middle of the goals set. I said no thanks to extra projects and extra duties but participated in what was required.

So I got what I worked for and it garnered me a 2.75% merit. Not complaining as I gave no extra effort at all. But I did exactly what the job and goals entailed. So not sure if that is near the average for an exactly meets and giving just the exact effort needed to the job.
