Anyone have any real insight on what AIP will be? Reposting this. Those without real information need not respond as most of what I’ve seen on this site is total bs. Anyone have more than their opinion that they try to pass off as fact?

I , a manager don’t know && will not know until a week or so before the team. I provided ratings but not dollar amounts
@j2 As the manager individual posted - the associate gets notified in late Feb - managers know far ahead since as that person wrote -they have to complete the sheets for next level approval. So managers know.
AIP numbers don’t get announced until late February/early March. So anything here at this point is just conjecture.
@h5 could you share info with the rest of us?
@OP I and others have insight but since you think it is all BS wait and see what you get - lots of managers and others who know follow this site and have information since we actually complete your $ sheets for next level approval - many have posted on here as a cautionary tale but ...whatever
@c4 not true. Most execs had 36% AIP payout which is similar to most of the company. Public filings show this - stop spreading misinformation.
@c4 I am expecting to be laid off or fired. I saw something and said something that didn't go well with my manager. I am a long-term employee and have given my all to the company. Definitely not expecting an AIP.
@c4 read the public info no ones bonuses were 100% last year. nice narrative but get the facts right. all bonusese were bad
No need to worry for them, they will be ok. The premise is not true on their AIP but the stock options and Stock awards will be plentiful.
We were told more than last year but a lot less than 100%. I am sure the executive bonuses will be 100+% like last year.
