I heard a rumor from a reliable source that we are ending 5-Day RTO by the end of 2025. We will have 2 office days and 3 virtual/remote days. It will not publicly announced thru some announcements but it will slowly shared among the organizations from VP/AVP levels. Expect some changes near the end of 2025.

@m9 You're a su---r if you're still a shareholder!!
@j0 Let's make it 7 days for you. That extra day is for you learn how to su-k pen1s. If you don't yet know how to swallow, you will get your chance. Peace.
I hope you freeloaders are in office 24/7 so you can be watched by us shareholders. Sad we need to babysit you all!
Queue up that ol’ Beatles tune “Eight Days A Week”.
I heard anyone not working on site 40 hrs a week will be deemed part time. That means 1/4 salary cut btw
Changing to 6 -7 days RTO.
Y’all in kindergarten, need to be in the office 6 days a week , 1 extra day for training on how to write
Correct. Its going to go to 6 days RTO.
RTO gonna end when we have lower employees and have managed the debt situation
Couple months ago someone posted here that NPCE is ending the 5x RTO in January, but who knows if that’s true
@bs it’s not “basic” requirements when only 5% of companies nationwide RTO 5x
I heard the same rumor from a few folks in different organizations. I am not sure how reliable though, but they all said the same thing. They don't know each other though.
I am hoping this rumor is true so we can end this 5 Day RTO bullsh1t.
“If you want to be treated like a human being, you have to go elsewhere.”
If you want to be treated like an adult, meet basic job requirements. Fixed it for you.
If you aren't productive in the office, you weren't productive working from home. It's not a question of being more productive from home or office. It also doesn't matter that you think you run circles around your coworkers. You were freeloading and got called on it. You're still a freeloader, but now they are making you pay for it. It is what it is. No one cares that you are bent out of shape over it.
If your leaders haven’t already relaxed policy to adapt to you and your teams personal needs you work for a sh---y org. It’s been clear from our leaders that using good judgment in getting work done while having a personal life is ok.
Maybe your orgs are the problem?
@OP None. If anything they are doubling down and starting to terminate people for lack of compliance. If you want to be treated like a human being, you have to go elsewhere.

@a7 omg 10 toes down I haven’t heard that since I put my Bo-m Box away. Also called a ghetto blaster. Good times.
My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from a guy who knows a manager who's going with the girl who saw him say no more RTO I think it's true
This is cope.
Organizations just need to do it, CEO be damned. It will help morale and most likely, productivity.
Only heard that on this site and it’s wishful thinking. They are 10 toes down on 5 day RTO is what I was told.
I heard a rumor from a reliable source that Santa Claus is a real person who has a sleigh full of toys that he delivers to children all over the world. Please verify
Do you really believe that any of our executives will admit they were wrong and change course?
I have heard about it and seen others mentioning it over the past couple months on this board, but who knows…
