I have no plans to vaccinate and this may be a problem for me.
I know that if I reach to HR directly I'll get a PC answer that will tell me nothing.

I seriously doubt the company will ever require an employee get any kind of vaccine. As far as whether someone should take it or not, that's a personal decision and I won't tell others what to do. That said, outside of people deemed high risk due to other health issues, the vast majority of working age people have nothing to fear from COVID. It's just not that dangerous to people aged 0-60. Can it k–l you? Sure, but you're more likely to be k–led driving to work. Just saying.

No it will not be required as a company can be held liable for any side effects for making an experimental vaccine required. The US military has taken the same position by making the vaccine optional as they either consider it irrelevant or the VA does not want to be responsible for any health problems down the road. This should serve as a warning if the military is not comfortable with this vaccine.
Why won’t you get it? I’m having a hard time understanding this sentiment. Do you think you will get adult onset autism?

I highly doubt they would make it mandatory.
If they don't enforce company requirements for mass and social distancing, I don't imagine vaccinations will be any different.
Health care workers have to vaccinate, why shouldn't wells fargo workers?
Shouldn't matter, get vaccinated on your own.
there's no policy yet about this so of course if you reach out to HR now they wont be able to tell you anything.
Employers do have a right to require vaccination... and they also can require for just certain roles...
Overall, however, given that the vaccine won't be widely available for some time (I.e. vaccinations are being done in priority order), it will not be until at least the second half of next year where this could potentially become an issue..
