Job market is tough but if we don’t relocate can I apply for unemployment? What are my options? I’ve been looking for awhile but no luck.

Also CVX doesn't fight unemployment.
You accepted the job in the new org with a Houston location. You’ll be fired. You won’t get severance and Chevron will prob fight you on EDD. Good luck.

It’s worth trying. Have proof your job was relocated. I haven’t tried it but that’s my plan also.
