Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

We tried to warn you early on a couple years ago that both outsourcing and AI was coming for al of our jobs. But you simply did not want to listen.

Well, now it is coming for your jobs as well. You should have listened and joined your voices with ours, when there may have been a chance if enough people would have early on voiced their concerns and complaints as to what we were all seeing.

Perhaps, leadership would have expressed upstream their employees frustration. And maybe senior leadership would have given in and taken a different course.

@12z You probably will need to make the warning in all caps, bolded, in neon colors that flicker. Because some on here obviously suffer from poor reading comprehension.

The warning was clearly stated on here multiple times and I understood. Also, I recall others trying on team calls trying to give the very same warning.

@hr The warning was clearly stated in two separate posts below, not to mention was clearly stated in the OP’s original post as well. Somehow you must have overlooked it. But that is okay, I will repeat it yet again here below. Hopefully it will be abundantly clear to you.

No, I am not a Director either not a “sick individual” not someone seeking to “bait rage” others.

I am simply one of many that have recognized the dysfunctional middle management as well as the extreme toxic atmosphere at Humana.

If neither of you recognize that, then you are either blind or in cahoots with Humana’s dysfunctional leadership. Because every worker knows this to be true.

Also, to @dv, the OP’s original post was very clear to me as to specifically what they and others warned people about. That being that both AI and also outsourcing would be replacing workers.

@dw Not a director, not even close to one. Vague posts like these add nothing. Instead of blaming others, they should provide real context, suggestions and what they have done to create awareness. It’s sad that you don’t see this post for what it is. Sounds like you are the director.

@dr If this posted response to the OP’s post was made by a Director, you probably have no business being a Director, if you can be so easily roused. It speaks to your emotional intelligence.

I feel sorry for anyone that has to work for you or who may have been forced out as a result to your emotionally stunted leadership.

Actually what the ???? I would have said that this was AI generated but the typos and mistakes prove that it is not. Who is “we” and “our” voices? What did you and others do? What did you or anyone else actually do to voice your concerns? How do you know that those you are addressing here did not do anything? Post what you personally did to bring awareness to leaders?
