Resources are fed up with unrealistic timelines and no one is willing to work anymore with every alternative month layoff. There is lot of insecurity on the floor.

@hq That’s 100 percent bullsh-t. TFB was a fast moving train. Boots on the ground going door to door getting new businesses signed up. Huge growth and now they are slashing it.
TFB was overly inflated with people doing the same jobs. SDRs were making appointments for BAEs. Inbound was making appointments for BAEs all the while the BAEs were sitting on their rears waiting for the money to roll in. All of TFB could be handled by retail, online, or virtual sales. So they are cutting all the redundant positions. If you are in a direct sales role I would get out quick.
