VP wants to start coding with codex to save job. Survived all these years with no ability to code and being psychopathic. Most management have no idea how obsolete they are and living in a fantasy world.
@ha DAMN, maybe O should have waited before laying off from Support. They'll be driven out the door on their own by the id--t tools they have to use.

@cc absolute worst is knowledge and search......can't just open a window to knowledge while having an SR open. If you kept a direct link to a document then you might be ok, till you get the notice that you're logged in more than once and get kicked out of everything. Used to have one search that looked in KM, bugs, sra, docs, etc....now I don't know what the search looks in cause it can't find documents doesn't find bug. Most engineers use the old search to find the document to then use knowledge to find the new document. But they want that gone too, so people will go back to private notes.

LMAO, you just described every Oracle app, ever.
Well I HATE what they did with CMOS. They replaced ISP with CMOS, and with only one major defect (didn't list customer attachments in one place, you had to go hunting for it), it was good. Then they came out with AI enabled CMOS. You didn't select what sort of update from a list, you had to type it in and it would bring it up. Or something. I didn't use it, I was too busy to horse around with it, so just used normal CMOS. Now the engineers HAVE to use this POS, and I've heard it takes them twice as long to do anything.
